Round Steak

Round steak is a beautiful, lean cut of beef from the round primal of the beef, hence the name. We think the round steak is the most under-rated cut out there. Since the Round Steak is really lean and lacks the marbling that many of the other favorite steaks possess, we often marinade Round Steaks and ensure we don't over-cook. Our favorite is to marinade, cook on the grill or in the skillet, slice thin and eat in steak tacos or on top of a bed of noodles and alfredo. YUM!
