Don't wait if you are a Porterhouse fan! These steaks never stay in stock long. There are very few cuts from the short loin that fit the qualifications of the sought-after Porterhouse steak. This thick, large steak also features a "T" shaped bone (like the T-bone) with a significant sample of the tenderloin (Filet) on one side of the "T" and a significant sample of the New York Strip on the other. Keeping the bone-in for this cut ensures added flavor and juiciness when cooking!
- grass fed, grain finished, premium Hereford beef

FAQ: What's the difference between a Porterhouse and T-Bone?
The Porterhouse and the T-bone are very similar. The Porterhouse comes from the center or end of the short loin, whereas the T-bone is cut from the front of the short loin. The T-bone contains less of the tenderloin (Filet) than a Porterhouse. Be sure to check out the T-bone, too... these cuts are very similar.
